Senior Management
Vytas Kisielius, CEO
Vytas was one of the founders and visionaries behind CMC, serving as CEO since August 2007. He has played a critical role in shaping the company's go to market strategy and suite of adaptive collections services that leverage the intersection of best technology and operational delivery. Vytas' experience and knowledge of collections and financial services have been instrumental in helping the company's managed services solution gain adoption among a rapidly growing number of top lenders across credit card, real estate, student, and installment loan products. These lenders have deployed CMC's unique FlexCollect® managed services solution to manage their charged off, delinquent, and pre-delinquent portfolio operations.
Vytas spent the early years of his career with IBM in various sales and product development management roles; was President and COO of Health Information Technology, Inc.; was the SVP for Sky Alland Marketing, where he also served as CEO for The Data Group; and was VP/General Manager of Americas Operations for Frontec AMT. Most recently, Vytas co-founded Adeptra, Inc. in 2000 and was responsible for growing the automated messaging company in the US and the UK.
Vytas holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He has taught graduate courses in Marketing at Johns Hopkins, and is a regular presenter at industry conferences and seminars. He serves on the board of Nursing & Home Care, Inc.
Ye Zhang, CMC's co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Ye Zhang leads the design, implementation, optimization and deployment of CMC's innovative FlexCollect collections platform. Ye's expertise spans across a range of disciplines including banking, Internet technologies and artificial intelligence, where he has had proven success in product delivery, product development, analytic modeling, and business strategy. Prior to joining CMC, Ye served as Bridgeforce's Chief Scientist, then Chief Technology Officer, where he accumulated a wealth of credit card, fraud detection and collection optimization experience by playing a key role to help Fortune 100 financial institute clients deploy and manage online collections systems, artificial intelligence fraud detection systems and business strategies. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Ye was the Chief Scientist and VP of Development for Ensuredmail Inc, where he led the development of a complete server and client based encryption product line that received the FIPS 140 certification while still being extremely user friendly. In his days as a Scholar, Ye has worked on various NSF funded pattern recognition and artificial intelligence research projects including dynamic 3D scene motion modeling and tracking, human face modeling and tracking, and facial expression recognition. He has published over 10 articles in technical journals and conference proceedings in the area of computer vision and pattern recognition. Ye holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sichuan University. He also holds a Master's Degree and a Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.

Dawn Willey, Chairwoman
Dawn is the founder and CEO of Bridgeforce Inc., a consulting firm specializing since 2000 in the strategies, systems, and tools required to maximize the value of credit relationships. Dawn also was one of the founders and visionaries behind CMC. Prior to Bridgeforce, Dawn's career spanned numerous credit, risk, collections, and business technology executive positions during more than 16 years at MBNA during its early growth years.
Don Sanders, Director
Don co-founded Credit and Risk Management Associates (CRMA) in 1990 and served as its Managing Director until the company was sold to Fair Isaac Companies in 1996. His 35+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry includes management and executive positions with Korvettes Department Stores, Citicorp and Commercial Credit Corporation along with membership on the Board of Directors of the Metris Companies.
Ralph Clark, Director
Ralph is a former Corporate Vice President of International Business Machines. Ralph held many executive roles during his IBM career through 1994, including General Manager of the IBM Financial Services Business Unit, which managed the sales, manufacture and development of hardware, software and services for a multi-billion dollar worldwide business area. Ralph also served as Chairman of Frontec AMT, Inc. a global software and services company until 1998, and now serves on the boards of several private and public companies.
F. Morgan Rodd, Jr., Director
F. Morgan Rodd is currently a General Partner at Milestone Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in technology-enhanced business services, primarily in healthcare, financial services and media. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Rodd was a Co-Managing Partner of ArrowPath Venture Partners. Mr. Rodd currently sits on the boards of Collections Marketing Center, FieldView Solutions, IntegriChain, TriCipher and Xceedium. Prior to joining ArrowPath, Mr. Rodd was Vice President of New Ventures for E*TRADE Group, Inc. Previously, Mr. Rodd was Vice president of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Urbanite, Inc. Mr. Rodd was also a Principal at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, serving emerging companies in the healthcare and technology industries. Mr. Rodd began his business career as a financial analyst with Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Rodd holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University.
Peter A. Bowe, Director
Mr. Bowe is President of Ellicott Dredge Enterprises, LLC, a holding company for Ellicott Dredges, LLC and Liquid Waste Technology, LLC. In his 27 years at Ellicott, he has held the positions of President, Treasurer, Vice President, General Manager, and member of the Board of Directors. Prior to his work at Ellicott, Mr. Bowe worked on Wall Street at J.P. Morgan in the Petroleum Department. He initiated and structured Ellicott's purchase of MudCat™ (environmental dredges) from National Car Rental in 1987, co-founded Elliana Ltd. for Dead Sea, Israel salt mining in 1988, and he participated in the restructuring of IHC Holland that same year. In 1993 Bowe initiated a leveraged buy-out of Ellicott from the estates of its former owners.
Throughout his career, Bowe has received numerous awards. In 2009, he received Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for Maryland in the Manufacturing and Distribution category. Most recently, Elicott won the "future 50" award from Baltimore SmartCEO magazine, recognizing the fastest growing 50 companies in the Baltimore region. Mr. Bowe has published op-ed pieces in the Wall Street Journal, the Baltimore Sun and elsewhere. Mr. Bowe received his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Yale College and his M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard University.
Manny Fernandez, Advisor to the Board of Directors
Mr. Fernandez co-founded SI Ventures in 1996 and has 35 years of experience as a venture capital investor and senior operating executive in the information technology and semiconductor industries. He currently serves as non-executive chairman, Sysco Corporation. Mr. Fernandez also serves on the board of directors of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE), Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE), The Black & Decker Corporation (NYSE) and several private companies and foundations. He was previously Chairman, President, and CEO of Gartner, where he led the buyout of Gartner in 1990, took the company public in 1994, and led its growth from $40 million to over $90 million in annual revenue during the 1990s. Prior to Gartner, Mr. Fernandez was President and CEO of three technology-driven companies, including Dataquest, an information services company, Gavilan Computer corporation a laptop computer manufacturer, and Zilog Incorporated, a publicly-traded semiconductor manufacturer. Mr. Fernandez holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and completed graduate work in electrical engineering and business management.
